At checkout we will always show you the cost of postage separately. All retail prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
2. WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE WITH US
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided to us when making an order online is accurate and complete.
We ask that you, the person, place the order and not a third party.
When you make an order online you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that this does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies on all orders, once verified we will confirm back to you the status of your order.
Should an error occur with any order, either due to a technical fault or for any other reasons that is beyond our control, then we will be entitled to treat the order as unconfirmed.
3.YOUR PAYMENT TO US
We require all payments for goods prior to delivery.
Currently we accept PayPal only. We may accept payment by cheque or by other means, although this is at our discretion. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
To be eligible to lawfully enter into a contract on this website under the law of England and Wales you must provide us with the following information so we can complete your order:
- Your name, address, a valid email address, payment details and any other information we may require.
4. DELIVERY TO YOU
With all orders we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. We will contact you via email once the payment has cleared and is ready for dispatch.
No delivery times or dates provided by us are guaranteed.
All parcels will be sent either by Royal Mail or courier and require a signature, unless we have agreed another delivery method prior to goods being ordered.
For items that appear to have been damaged in transit, we require you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure all packaging is kept as it may be required when making a claim
If an order has been placed and paid for, you may still cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with all the relevant information so we can stop the order and refund you in full, providing the order has not been dispatched.
If the items have already been dispatched, then we ask that you return the items back to us within 7 days from the date from which you received them.
Please ensure the items are sent back in an appropriate package to avoid damage.
Once we have the items back, we will check them, and then issue a refund for the original selling price excluding the postage that you have paid
All refunds of the price you purchased will be paid back to you via the same method as you paid for originally and within 30 days of the items being received back to us.
Any specially made or personalised items are exempt from the cancellation policy; therefore, you will not have the right to cancel the order. It will be your responsibility when providing details for personalisation’s that they are accurate. We accept no responsibility for mistakes in wording, letters or numbers.

We have the right to cancel your order and maintain possession of any item which will not been delivered under the following circumstances
- personal information supplied was incorrect
- failed or cancelled payment by you, you become insolvent, a breach of the terms and conditions as set out in this notice
- Any circumstances that are beyond our control, i.e. Fire, flood, act of nature, terrorism, war, internet disruption, power failure, strike or difficulty in obtaining materials and/or labour. In any of these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the contract.
6. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Once you have received the items any loss or damage will be the responsibility of you.
All items remain the ownership of neliana.co.uk until full payment has been received and cleared.
7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
For every style we will endeavour to ensure all information and descriptions provided on our website are a true likeness as shown
All descriptions of items are as accurate as we can guarantee. If you require further information on any of the items please contact us at email@example.com
We warrant all our items to be of fair quality and fit for purpose. If a manufacturing defect occurs please contact us as soon as possible and within reasonable time. We will require details of the date it was purchased
No responsibility will be taken for any wear and tear, accidental damage or failure to adhere to care instructions by you or by any third party
Any liability that is due to loss or damage will not exceed the original amount that you paid for the goods. (However, we acknowledge that we cannot exclude legal liability for death or personal injury, which is proved to be due to our negligence)
